Holy Kettle Corn!

This is no doubt my most favorite kind of popcorn! I love the crunchiness, lightness and the no-kernel rule. Plus, the balance of salt and sugar is just right for one to enjoy both worlds with every bite. The prices are reasonable with p25 for the small bag and p60 for the big one. (Guess what I buy?)

However, I only know of two places, one in Rustan's Katipunan and the other in Greenhills, where they have their popping machines working to give you a bag straight from the huge, revolving tin. Although the one in Greenhills do overcook theirs a bit, whilst the one in Katipunan is always done just right. I hope they open one in Robinson's Galleria just so I can get a taste of it EVERYDAY!

I am an unashamed Kettle Corn Addict.

hello
I visited Makati last year and shopped at Rustan's, also SM Supermarket. I prefer dillis to popcorn, also was eating lots of Philippine fruit. And of course halo-halo. Mabuhay my weblog too. Salamat. Take care.

Hey Abs! I love kettle corn. Sayang lang kasi the store that sells it near my house isnt there anymore =( I dont know why they closed down eh marami naman ang bumibili. I am satifying my craving for kettle corn with those microwaveable things. Its almost the same.

Awww... they closed it down? Wish they would start one near my home or work! Shucks...Holy Kettle Corn everyday!

Much as I also enjoy microwaveable popcorn, Holy Kettle Corn is just way above their league! :)

Scott, ah well...dilis is altogether a different type of munchies, but very very enjoyable as well. I just love the crunch of Holy Kettle Corn better!

Sorry, I'm biased. ;)

There's a Holy Kettle Corn store in Ortigas Center. It's along the road leading to Pearl Drive and UA&P. Can't recall the name of the street, but it's where The Old Spaghetti House is located. The Holy Kettle Corn store is very near where Ramen Tei used to be.

PEDESTRIAN: Gasp... Really? (Screams in glee, but then scratches head) Hmm...but location-challenged me don't know where exactly Ortigas center is...

*hides in embarassment*

Um, Robinsons Galleria is in Ortigas Center. If you know where the Hen Lin branch is along San Miguel Avenue, it's towards the back of that little set of restaurants.

Oopsie, I didn't know Galleria was in Ortigas center. Anyhow, I'll look for that stand...Thanks!

LIZ: I didn't actually thought much of popcorn before. But after a small bag of Holy Kettle Corn, I discovered popcorn cravings!
